Thank you for choosing Bloom & Grow candle co! We’re so grateful for your support and want to ensure you have the best experience with our handcrafted products. Please take a moment to read through the following terms and conditions.

1. Our Products
   Each of our candles is lovingly handmade, so slight variations in appearance may occur but is not frequent.
2. Refunds and Exchanges
   We’re unable to offer refunds, but we’re happy to assist if your candle arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue, and we’ll work with you to make things right.
3. Order Cancellations
   Once an order is placed, we’re unable to cancel or modify it, as we begin preparing it right away.
4. Shipping and Delivery
   We take great care in packaging your candles, but please ensure your shipping details are correct to avoid any delivery issues. Unfortunately, we can’t be responsible for delays or damages during transit, but we’ll do our best to help if there’s a problem.
5. Candle Safety
   Your safety is our priority! Please follow all candle care instructions and never leave a burning candle. Please always test a small area and temperature prior to applying to skin. Contents are hot.
